Kiah has been a project manager, program director, and operations lead across multiple sectors, focusing predominantly on both expanding access to the arts and environmental sustainability.

She has worked with multiple brands to adopt sustainable and ethical production practices, as well as within the nonprofit arts sector. Her work and experience includes building strategic partnerships with values-aligned institutions, developing justice-centered business models that expand access to underserved communities, developing innovative subsidy programs, and implementing other progressive management and operations systems. As both a strategist and operations professional, Kiah helps her teams and collaborators set targets and provides robust roadmaps to meet goals.

Kiah holds a BFA from Bard College and is a perpetual student of botany and plant medicine.
