We approach everything with humility and a growth mindset. Whether it’s a sector we have deep experience in or a new challenge, the first step is always seeking to understand the problem and those impacted by it. The key insight that unlocks an innovative solution can come from anywhere—but only if you ask questions and listen.
Connection
None of us exist in a vacuum. Each sector relies on the other, just as individuals rely on their communities. At Platypus we understand this interconnectedness and we seek to be the connectors who can bridge gaps between sectors.
Creativity
If we could solve problems without creativity, we wouldn’t have them in the first place. For us, creativity means breaking free of functional fixedness and daring to explore unconventional solutions—and maybe even having a bit of fun along the way.
